Quick repair for a tired pump

Excellent service with the appropriate parts available and quickly delivered. The new pump however had spade fittings on the circuit board that did not match the female connector on the Typhoon 2V, coming from the battery so it was necessary to cut and crimp the connections. Probably should have been accounted for in the directions. The upgraded comfort backpack straps are a vast improvement over the original ones and well worth the upgrade. Overall we are pleased with the performance, the products and the service from FlowZone.

Unmatched Customer Service

After a few emails back and forth, we decided what was wrong with my 4Gal. Backpack was either a circuit board or pump. I decided to just order both together. It came very quickly and after watching a couple how to videos, it only took about an hour or so to install and it now works like new again!
