Was way better to call. Tried to submit online first. The person gave me bunch of videos and some parts, but still didn't fix the problem. I requested 3 times to have a new wand sent and for some reason she didn't send it. Called in and the gentlemen took the time to understand exactly what the problem was and made sure a new part was sent out immediately. Came here in a day or 2. We have several of these units and sometimes things happen to them. It's nice to have the support and confidence to know (as long as you call and do not submit online) someone is here to help and that the problem is fixed right away. Call with an issue and with a little bit of information given back to them they were able to send me a replacement within the week.

I had an issue with my wand’s connection. I submitted a warranty claim and received a response from a human in less than ten minutes! I had a new wand assembly in my hand five days later.

Flow zone helped me out for a free replacement. The handle keeps leaking on me. I wish they went with metal parts at least for the connections would be helpful.
