Awesome company !! We have switched this year and durability and service A+++

We have used all the major backpack providers and Flowzone is the best of the best. The only one remotely close is Birchmeier. Avoid TH packs I have like 20 of them in garage that we were unable to keep in service due to poor production.

We had 4 storm units not working within 3 months of purchase called to see what flow zone would do about it they sent 4 new units and wands within a week customer service was outstanding and very impressed with a company that stands behind their product.
