Had the plastic quick connect fitting break in half on my flowzone storm 1gal sprayer. Flowzone support was fantastic, AS ALWAYS, and got me the replacement parts! This is why i continue to buy flowzone products and recommend them to everyone!! Thank you!

I had an issue with one of the sprayers. No questions were asked; they replaced it! It is a very good sprayer, and their customer service is hands down ten times better than B&G.

They not only stand behind their product, they run alongside it to make sure you’re getting every ounce of value possible. Haney and the Flowzone team went far beyond expectations—handling a warranty issue quickly and professionally, then going the extra hundred miles (literally!) to make sure our older units were inspected, serviced, and performing like new. You just don’t see that kind of commitment anymore. True customer service, backed by people who genuinely care about their products and their customers. Five stars all the way!
