Email customer service and Andres responded and called promptly. He helped me trouble shoot and decided it was the pump that needed to be replaced. He sent out order and that fixes the issue!! 5 stars to him for support and great communication!!

Filled out the warranty claim form on Sunday night. Monday morning at 8:07 AM I had a Email That it had been processed. Received the new pump on Wednesday. Can't beat that Service. Thank You
