The last one broke at the handle where the aluminum shaft goes in... It worked great until it didn't.

4 Gallon Backpack Sprayer

Love the power sprayer but at 75 yrs old, I couldn't carry the sprayer on my back even half full. I replaced the backpack with the trolley and it works much better. -- BUT -- even with the trolley, I need to go up and down steps and other times that I need to carry the entire unit. YOU NEED TO PUT A CARRYING HANDLE ON THE SPRAYER. I fabricated a handle from a luggage strap which works really well. A "balanced" handle is needed when using either the backpack or trolley. Yes, I know the backpack has a handle but it is not balanced. The sprayer itself needs a lifting handle.

Excellent customer service

The title says it all . I contacted customer service via email and Alejandro Batalla replied to my issue . I provided him with the info and photos he requested and he shipped the replacement quickly . No problems or delays , just addressed the issue immediately .
