This unit has besides paid for its self to many times to count my techs love it ease to use and various spray patterns , definitely would recommend this to any pest control operator,

Had a warranty issue! Customer service was super easy to deal with!!

The replacement base was easy to swap, no issues.
But, i have had an issue with the battery that came with the unit as well. Truthfully, this battery and the spare I purchased have each been charged 10x. That's it. And now it will not take a charge at all. These batteries should have lasted a lot longer than 1.5yrs - even if I used all the time. This is a bit disappointing.

Perfect size for a female, not too heavy with 2 gallons of water. When I need 4 gallons I just mix an extra tank and I’m good to go. This is my 1st back pack sprayer. Finally made the purchase since it had a 2 gallon tank. Works very well. I’ll be using it for other things beside the lawn… Flowzone also haas excellent customer service also..

Had a problem with the sprayer and the staff was right there when I called and made it right beyond expectations.
