Batterie lithium-ion 18V/5,2Ah Tri-Zone

I’ll try to be brief. 1st spray pre-emergent of the season (later than usual) and I accidentally used way-WAY too much product. I had charged my 3 year old Typhoon battery fully to 5 bars and got thru 1 tankful (4 gals) but when I mixed the next tankful the pump would not turn on. It was then I realized that the product I had mixed (Prediamine 65 WDG) was more than 10 times what it should have been. I got lucky on the first tankful but the 2nd tankful sat just long enough that the contents in the sprayer had started to solidify. I surmised that the pump was not going to spray the thicker goo I created and I checked Flowzone’s web-set for a replacement pump. I decided to purchase the pump and combined circuit board to eliminate all possibilities. It took a week for the parts to arrive and I had flushed the lines and gun while waiting for the parts but I was disappointed to find it still would not work. The gentleman at Flowzone took it upon him self to ship me out the only remaining part of the electrical system, the on/off switch for the unit. He did this without charging me after reading my 2 star review. Wow, I immediately changed my 2 star to a 5 star review but after this part arrived and installed, believe it or not, it STILL DID NOT WORK. I was dumb founded! This is the kind of stuff that happens to me all the time! Again, I called Jerry at Flowzone and he asked me about the battery which I said took a charge to 5 stars and only sprayed one tankful. I had assumed him it could not be the battery and when tested previously still showed 4 bars. When Jerry asked me to check it again it now showed 3 bars. He immediately sent me out a new battery, again, at no charge! When the battery arrived I charged it fully before trying it. The next day I put it in the sprayed and it immediately fired up the pump, FINALLY!!! I took about 8 ozs. of the previously mixed Prediamine from a 5 gallon bucket I had it emptied into and filled the rest of the sprayer with water. I put on the backpack sprayer and turned on the pump and began spraying when less than 2-3 minutes later I felt the wetness of the product running down the crack of may ****!!! I had a pinhole leak in the hose inside the unit where the hose connects to the pump. That damn pinhole took an hour to fix cutting off ½” of hose each time and each time I had unwittingly put another pin hole in the line each of the 4 times I fixed it. I finally boiled some water and let the end of the hose in it for a minute before forcing it onto the pump (this time without pliers) and I finally worked withOUT leaking. I sprayed 44 gallons of product filling the Typhoon 11 times without any issues at all. THANK YOU TO THE GOOD PEOPLE AT FLOWZONE FOR STANDING BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT. I bought a new Typhoon V-3 to have as a backup. Also, I now take 2 blood pressure medications instead of just one. Flowzone's Customer Service is the absolute best in the industry.
