Good price and vast shipping for a new circuit board

The reason I bought flow zone to start with was the ability to replace any component, and it was my fault that this circuit board was toast and I was able to get online and order the exact part I needed and it was shipped to my house within a couple of days. Good luck doing that with a lot of the other brand sprayers out there. Definitely recommend flowzone

Great After Sales Service

Received my tool-only sprayer and it sadly did not work out of the box. Went to the support website and found the troubleshooting descriptions and associated videos which were a huge help in diagnosing the issue - a bad circuit board. Phoned support and immediately was connected with a live human being who obviously knew the equipment inside and out - he set me up with a replacement circuit board (gratis) which I had in my hands in a week. Installation was a breeze and the sprayer works perfectly now. Cheers to FZ!
