great warranty service

I had small problem with the base, email them with the problem. Next day I received an email. All they ask was for serial number! Next email, they are shipping me new base at their cost. Unbelievable service plus a great a product

The amount of concern showed when I made my phone call was very surprising and a breath of fresh air. My concern was handled immediately completely and easily to my satisfaction if not better.
We have received the equipment and have it out. We have not had a chance to test it, but I will surely remark when we do.
