Cover vs case.

These are just as they say I guess a cover not a case. We bought the back pack sprayers for our commercial pest control techs. They travel a lot of dirt roads. I was hoping these would keep the dust out of the strayer's. But the cases have no bottom so they are not much actual protection. Kind of a bummer.
