Flow zone has been one of the greatest Evention of the 20th century for pest control backpack units. We have been using these from the first time they came on the market. they are a great unit. The response for parts and technical advice is five stars.

Quick repair for a tired pump

Excellent service with the appropriate parts available and quickly delivered. The new pump however had spade fittings on the circuit board that did not match the female connector on the Typhoon 2V, coming from the battery so it was necessary to cut and crimp the connections. Probably should have been accounted for in the directions. The upgraded comfort backpack straps are a vast improvement over the original ones and well worth the upgrade. Overall we are pleased with the performance, the products and the service from FlowZone.
