I recently purchased a SprayMate backpack sprayer. One of the main reasons I chose SprayMate/Flow Zone was the ability to obtain replacement parts, if needed. When I opened the box with the new sprayer, I found that the spray handle was missing from the order. I called and left a message on the support line and received a return call a short time later from Isaac in customer service. Within two hours I received an email order verification and tracking number for a new spray handle. The handle arrived within two days. I appreciate the great service on this warranty replacement and I'm confident that I will be able to obtain replacement parts quickly in the future.
